---No, we do not rent mobile homes. We finance and sell mobile homes for you to live in in our park.
2. Do you allow dogs?
---No, we do not allow dogs.
3. Do you rent RV spaces?
---Yes, we do. We have two different types of spaces available for RVs. You can rent a space that has a driveway for $255.00 a month, or a space without a driveway for $245.00 a month.
4. What is required of me to move into a home?
---First you will need to fill out a credit application. Credit applications are available in our office, and cost $42.00 for a married couple, or $35.00 per person. Secondly, if you pass credit, we will finance the home for you and set up the monthly payment amount. You will then need to put down a deposit, one month's rent, and a down payment on the mobile home. Lastly, you will need to purchase insurance for the mobile home.
5. Is financing available?
---With approved credit on certain homes, we are able to finance them ourselves. Some homes we submit to outside financing sources.
6. Am I allowed to plant flowers and trees around my mobile home?
---Yes, most definitely. Anything you want to do to improve the appearance of your lot is welcome. Please call the office before drilling or digging on your lot so that we may locate our ultilities (331-4386).
7. Do you allow decks and sheds?
---Yes, we do. Again, before any digging or drilling, please call the office so we can locate our utility lines. We would also appreciate seeing a rough outline of a plan as far as a deck is concerned.
8. Is trash service available?
---Your weekly trash pick-up is included in the rental price.
9. Do you have storm shelters?
---Yes, we have three available in different areas of the park. These are FEMA approved storm shelters with emergency lights and ventilation.
10. Do you plow the snow from the streets in the winter?
---Yes, we plow and sand the streets.
11. Is cable television available?
---Yes, cable television is available but is not affiliated with the community. Or you may also opt to install a small satellite dish.
