The amount you pay depends on which section of the park you live in, and if you live in a singlewide mobile home or a doublewide mobile home.
Mobile home spaces are rented on a month-to-month basis. There is no year long lease involved.
$245.00/month = No Driveway
$255.00/month = With Driveway
RV Spaces are rented on a month-to-month basis. At the time you move in, you'll pay one month's rent and a deposit (either $245.00 or $255.00).
And, as always, we do not allow dogs.
